In summer of 2012, Nathan Brown and partners Jonathan Foster and Tony Spainhour established two new routes on left side of Warbonnet Peak in the Cirque of the Towers. [Brown and Foster established an additional route on the same aspect of Warbonnet in 2011: Weather or Not (750’, III 5.10)]. The first route, War Paint (1,000’, IV 5.11 C0), begins right of Weather Or Not and left of Seams and Dreams in an obvious low-angle corner. From there, the route climbs clean splitter cracks, knobs, and corners for 10 pitches, with one short section of aid on the steep seventh pitch. The second route, Drop of a Hat (700’, III 5.11b/c), climbs the first two pitches of Weather or Not, then branches left to climb four pitches of cracks directly up the headwall.
