Techado Negro, Rost Spur. Many climbers took interest in this peak this past season. It lies on the far south end of the Fitz Roy Massif and is characterized by its black colored rock, which more often than not is very loose. Amongst the few ascents this season, Germans Thomas Tivadar and Stephan Huber climbed a possible new route following the north pillar (mostly easy with sections to 6a 50°, with much loose rock, 600m) on December 19. They named their line Rost Spur.
