Tusher Canyon, Moab Area. On October 23, Brian Takei and I climbed Walden’s Room (II, 5.10, Al, 3 pitches) on the House of Putterman. We left only one point of aid on this fabulous, new, 220-foot butte. On October 30, Luke Laeser and I climbed Putterman’s Outhouse (5.9, Al), a new, 60-foot, previously unclimbed tower. That same day, we two climbed Putterman’s Pinkies (5.10), a beautiful 80-foot crack climb. Luke Laeser and I did three one-pitch climbs on the Aiguille du Putterman, which rises at the intersection of Highways 313 and 191: L’Offwidth du Putterman (5.9) on November 13, Putterman Pour Tout (5.9) and Putterman and Printemps both on November 19. On Easter Sunday, Tom Sherman and Jim Angione climbed The Golden Book (II, 5.8, A3) near Echo Pinnacle, the last formation on the south wall.
