Shisha Pangma, Central Summit. On September 22, Matej Kranjc, leader, Urban Golob, Andrej Karnicar and Iztok Tomazin left Kathmandu for Tibet, hoping to climb the classical route and then ski down the same way. On October 10, Kranjc got to the central summit but could ski down only from 7400 meters because of the wind. On October 11, Tomazin also reached the central summit and he too, because of the wind, could ski only from 7500 meters.
