Publication Year: 1993.

Shisha Pangma Central, Southwest Side. On September 29, Spaniards Ernest Bladé, Albert Castellet, Araceli Segarra and Ferrán Latorre repeated the route climbed on the southwest side of Shisha Pangma by Loretan, Troillet and Kurtyka in 1990. Like the first-ascent team, they got to the central summit. They had camped at 5800 meters below the route and climbed alpine-style with a bivouac at 6700 meters.
