Climbs in Kashmir-Jammu. Nun (7135 meters, 23,400 feet) was climbed in July by six of the ten Spaniards who attempted it, including José María Jayme and Santiago Amibas. They were followed to the summit on October 1 and 3 by nine Japanese led by Eizo Yoneyama. They climbed the north ridge. Nearby Pinnacle Peak (6930 meters, 22,737 feet) was climbed in October by Poles led by Marek Jozefiak. Hattal (6220 meters, 20,407 feet) was climbed in August by Japanese led by Akira Terada. Japanese led by Yuesto Endo ascended Brammah I (6416 meters, 21,050 feet) during August or September.
