Broad Peak Attempt. We were Andreas Müller, Claus Coester, Edi Furrer, Felix Waltert, Armin Krummenacher, Peter Brütsch, Kudi Weibel and I as leader. First we fixed rope where there was steep bare ice. Then the weather changed and we had wind, snowfall and avalanches. On June 4 we reached 7000 meters, where we were stormbound for two days. So much snow fell that we were lucky to be able to descend to Base Camp without avalanches.
