Ishinca and. Urus. The group I guided was prevented from doing higher climbs by unsafe snow conditions. We did make the following climbs: Ishinca Chico (17,142 feet) by Antoinette Thomasson, French; Fred Gredig, Robert Britschgi, Hugo Flüler, Ernst Bäbi, Niklaus von Rotz, Bruno Hebling, Anton Bieri, Amalia and Ermes Borioli and me, Swiss; and Peruvian porters Miguel Flores and Hororato Caldua on June 9; by Bieri, Siegfried Knuchel and porter Epimaco Morales on June 16; Urus (18,029 feet) by Bieri, Britschgi, Bäbi, von Rotz, Flüler, A. and E. Borioli, Hebling, Knuchel, Caldua and me on June 11 : and by Käthi and Markus Tobler, Gredig, Thomasson, Caldua and me on June 17: and a traverse of Ishinca (18,143 feet) by Thomasson, Britschgi, M. Tobler, Bäbi, Flüler, von Rotz, Flores, Caldua and me on June 14; by E. and A. Borioli, Gredig, Bieri, Hebling, Caldua, Morales and me on June 15.
