Mount Neva, East Face, Indian Peak Range. Bart Chandler and I walked in on October 26 to bivouac on a glacier north of Mount Reva. The next day we left at 8:30 and walked around to the east side of the peak. We picked a route that split the face, up the southmost of three dihedrals. The first 300 feet were easy snow. The first lead on rock went up an F6 crack to a large, broken belay ledge. The next five leads varied from fairly easy to about the same difficulty. The final pitch looked awesome but went fairly easily. We reached the summit at 4:30.
