Kohe Keshnikhan, M7. A French expedition was in the Mandaras valley. Members were Louis Audoubert, leader, Monique and Georges Rouch, Guy Panozzo, Albert Pradal, and Jean and Marie Denise Dabos. On July 21 Audoubert, Mme Rouch, Pradal and Panozzo made the first ascent of M7 (Wala Peak 132; 20,420 feet) by its north ridge. On August 1 Audoubert and Pradal made a new route, the south-southwest spur of Kohe Keshnikhan (c. 22,150 feet).
