Mount McKinley. Aside from the ascent made by the Germans, which is reported on elsewhere in this Journal, Mount McKinley was ascended on July 12 via the West Buttress route by Seymour Ossofsky, Barbara Lilley, Michael E. Hiehle, Edward Lane, Arkel Erb and Michael McNicho- las; and also on July 9 via the Muldrow route by Alvin E. Randall, leader, and his wife Frances, Norman Benton, Ed Boulton, Charles Crenchaw, Chuck DeHart, Pete Haase, Bill Hauser, Carol Howisey, Pierre Juillerat, Peter MacManus, Sean Rice, Bill Van de Graaff, Marie and Robert Woking.
